Beginner Driving Courses
These courses are designed for people who have little or no experience driving. They cover the basics of driving, including starting and stopping, turning, and navigating different types of roads and traffic.
Defensive Driving Courses
Designed to help drivers improve their driving skills and reduce their chances of being involved in a car accident. Scanning the road ahead for potential hazards, how to maintain a safe following distance, and anticipate the actions of other road users.
Refresher Courses
These courses are for people who have been driving for a while but want to refresh their knowledge and skills, or to prepare for a driving test.
Intensive Driving Courses
Known as crash courses or fast track driving lessons. Intensive driving courses can be an excellent option for learners who want to pass their driving test quickly, efficiently, and confidently. However, it's important to remember that everyone learns at a different pace, so it's important to choose a course that's right for you.
Mock Tests
Evaluate your ability to drive safely and confidently, Your observation and awareness of the surroundings, Your potential to follow traffic rules and signals, Your reverse parking skills, Your knowledge and understanding for Show me, Tell me Questions and Your overall control of the vehicle.
Driving Theory Test Training
HSA can help you prepare for the driving theory test. We guide you within the official Highway code which contains all the information you need to know for passing the test.
Pass Plus
The course is usually taken over six to nine hours of additional driving training and is offered by approved driving instructors. There is no test at the end of the course, but you will be assessed throughout and must demonstrate that you have achieved the required level of competency in each area.
While the Pass Plus course is not compulsory, some insurers offer discounts to drivers who have completed the course, as they are considered to be safer drivers. It is also a good way to gain additional experience and build confidence on the road.
